Process & quality

Six stages. Every one has a deliverable.

You should never have to ask what stage a project is in, or what was checked before works were covered up.

    Quality gates

    What gets checked, and when

    Material approval

Sources approved before order. Batch records and test certificates retained on file.

    Pre-pour inspection

Reinforcement, cover and formwork signed off before any concrete is placed.

    Cube testing

Sampling at defined frequency with 7- and 28-day results recorded against pour location.

    Pre-cover checks

Services and embedded works photographed and recorded before being concealed.

    Water and leak tests

Wet areas, terraces and plumbing tested and re-tested after rectification.

    Joint snagging

Client-attended snag list with owner, date and verified closure per item.

    Reporting

    Progress you can reconcile

Reporting is a deliverable, not a favour. Owners, boards and investors get the same verified picture the site team works from.

    • Weekly — activity completed, activity planned, blockers and photographs.
    • Monthly — programme variance, verified progress percentage and cost position.
    • On change — variation notes with cost and time impact before work proceeds.
    • On completion — handover pack with as-builts, tests, warranties and maintenance schedule.
