About us

Engineering discipline, applied on site.

Shrish Associates is the civil engineering and construction division of Shrish Group — the same group behind Shrish Travels and our corporate services businesses.

Our story

Built from site experience, not sales decks

Shrish Associates grew out of years of hands-on civil works for institutional clients who could not afford guesswork. Hospitals that cannot close. Offices that cannot decant. Assets whose value depends on an honest structural verdict.

We operate as a single accountable delivery team: the engineer who assesses your site is connected to the person who runs it and the person who signs off on the handover pack.

As part of Shrish Group, we share the group's compliance, documentation and client-service standards while running our own engineering practice.

Mission & principles

How we choose to operate

Assess before you promise

No scope, estimate or timeline is issued before a site assessment. An honest "we need to test this first" beats a confident wrong number.

Plan around operations

Our clients keep operating during works. Sequencing, barriers and access windows are part of the engineering, not an afterthought.

Document everything

Checks, tests, deviations and approvals are recorded. Handover includes the evidence, not only the invoice.

One accountable owner

Every project has a named engineer accountable end to end. Escalation never has to be discovered.

Repair what needs repair

We map distress element by element so clients spend on the works the data justifies.

Confidentiality by default

Client documents, drawings and estimates stay internal. Only approved content is ever published.

Standards

Engineering and site-delivery standards

The non-negotiables applied on every site we run.

  • Material control — approved sources, batch records and cube testing at defined frequencies.
  • Structural verification — cover meter, rebar scanning and half-cell testing where condition is in question.
  • Safety on site — induction, PPE discipline, barricading, and height and hot-work permits.
  • Statutory compliance — approvals, notifications and inspection records tracked as deliverables.
  • Stage inspection — no covering-up of works without a recorded check and client visibility.
  • Handover pack — as-builts, test records, warranties and a maintenance schedule.

Leadership

Who you will actually deal with

Senior engineers stay attached to projects from assessment through handover.
